Things you could try before calling the cable company are:
- Are all connections tight?
- If you use your VCR are the same channels affected with the same problems?
- If you play a tape in the VCR is it clear?
- Can you tape the problem?
- If you have connected anything into the cable (amplifiers, splitters, fm connections etc...) Does the problem go away when they are unhooked?
Things to let the Cable Co. know:
- How long has it been happening?
- Which channels are affected?
- Is it constant or Intermittent?
- Will you be home for us to come by and check it out?
