Trouble shooting (2Hrs.)
- using vcr as a tool (converter, videoway)
- no cable, channels searching endlessly
- nothing above channel 13
- poor reception (snowy picture, low levels)
- black screen (blue, snow, lines:diag,hum..)
- audio (none, all channels, one channel)
- call dispatch for verification of problem
- ingress (tv, vcr, ch3/4...)
- assisting customer (fine tuning...)
- ohm meter (and other tools for checking cables)
- xmod (what it looks like)

The Service Dept. (1 Hr)
- The service goals. (no cable /same day, poor reception /next day, priority 1)
- Booking Trouble calls: No Cable calls, poor reception, non-reception, customer request, building or commercial account problems, what to do when we have tried three times at a call.
- What the service techs. need to know for comments on the cover sheet.
- When to send out a tech.
